IE Still Top Choice for Web-Based Email

Chrome has finally passed IE for web usage, but what about browser usage for email?  Justine Jordan from Litmus looks into how HTML emails are being rendered with this powerful, but non-compliant browser.

With many people spending the majority of their days in the office (where their choices of browser may be more limited), Internet Explorer is still king for checking web-based email clients like Hotmail and Yahoo! Perhaps unsurprisingly, Gmail users show a preference for Chrome (they’re both Google products, after all!)

The Litmus infographic below illustrates the change in popularity for IE, Safari, Chrome and Firefox for using webmail email clients.
